YOUR JOB

As a payroll expert, you will be assigned to one of our clients. Your tasks include:

• Accurately registering salaries, premiums, vacation and sick days, followed by their calculation and payment.
• Responding to HR related questions from employees.
• Potentially optimizing HR payroll processes of our client.
• Aligning payroll operations with the client’s long-term vision and providing strategic support.

In short, you manage the entire payroll process from A to Z.

We offer projects to international clients in Vilvoorde, Zaventem, Asse, Groot-Bijgaarden, Leuven, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

• You can express yourself well in Dutch, French and English.
• You have a graduate, bachelor or master in an HR related direction.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience within payroll.
• You have thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processing.
• You have experience with payroll software.

Nice to have

• You have strong Excel skills.
• You possess problem solving skills and are stress resistant.
• You’re always up-to-date with changes in social legislation.
• You have an interest in digitization and automation of HR administration.
