YOUR JOB
As an HR consultant, you will work operationally on various processes:
- You will participate in a smooth and efficient selection and recruitment process to bring new talent on board, possibly using tools such as an ATS system or HR Chatbot to enhance the process.
- You support and guide employees in their growth by providing training and development opportunities, with a strong focus on employee wellness and resilience.
- You will ensure error-free payroll and personnel administration, working with systems such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.
- We offer projects with international clients in Vilvoorde, Zaventem, Asse, Groot-Bijgaarden, Leuven, …
In short, you not only have an impact on individual employees, but also actively contribute to the growth and optimization of the entire HR department, with attention to workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and retention.
YOUR SKILLS
Must have
- You can express yourself well in Dutch, French is a nice plus.
- Graduate, bachelor or master in an HR related field or equivalent through relevant HR experience.
- Basis of certain HR software packages.
Nice to have
- You are up to date with the latest digital tools that take your recruiting skills to the next level.
- You are eager to learn, flexible and think solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and a smooth, empathetic attitude.
- Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new sectors and environments.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail.
- Creativity in devising recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
