YOUR JOB
As an HR consultant with generalist experience, you may be assigned to generalist projects or to a specific area of expertise.
- You contribute to a smooth and efficient recruitment and selection process to bring new talent on board, potentially using tools such as an ATS system or HR chatbot to strengthen the process.
- You support and guide employees in their development by offering training and development opportunities, with a strong focus on employee wellness and resilience.
- You ensure accurate payroll and personnel administration and work with systems such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.
- We offer projects with international clients throughout Flanders and Brussels, for example in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse or Leuven. We take account of the region in which you live.
In short, you not only have an impact on individual employees but also actively contribute to the growth and optimisation of the entire HR department, with attention to workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and retention.
YOUR SKILLS
Must Have
- You can express yourself well in Dutch; French is a welcome plus.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Basic knowledge of certain HR software packages.
Nice to have
- You keep up to date with the latest digital tools that take your recruitment skills to the next level.
- You have experience with the payroll process from A to Z: from accurate payroll processing and calculating year-end bonuses to Dimona declarations and social documents.
- You are eager to learn, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, empathetic approach.
- You are keen to quickly familiarise yourself with new sectors and environments.
- A team player with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail.
- Creativity in developing recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
