YOUR JOB
As a payroll expert, you will be assigned to one of our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Accurately recording salaries, bonuses, holidays and sick days. You then calculate and arrange their payment.
- Answering employees’ HR-related questions.
- You may be assigned to optimise our client’s HR payroll processes.
- You keep your client’s future vision in mind and provide support in this respect.
- Working with HRIS systems and payroll software such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.
- Applying HR analytics and data-driven HR to optimise payroll and retention policy.
- We offer projects with international clients throughout Flanders and Brussels, for example in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse or Leuven. We take account of the region in which you live.
In short, you manage the entire payroll process from A to Z.
YOUR SKILLS
Must have
- You can express yourself well in Dutch; French and English are a welcome plus.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll.
- You have experience with the payroll process from A to Z: from accurate payroll processing and calculating year-end bonuses to Dimona declarations and social documents.
- Thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processing.
- Experience with payroll software such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.
Nice to have
- Strong Excel skills.
- Problem-solving ability and resistance to stress.
- Always keep up to date with changes in social legislation.
- An interest in digitalising and automating HR administration.
