YOUR JOB
As a payroll expert, you will be deployed to one of our clients. Your duties include:
- Correct registration of salaries, premiums, vacation and sick days. You then take care of calculation and payment of these.
- Answering HR related questions from employees.
- Possibly you will be deployed for the optimization of HR payroll processes of our client.
- You have an eye for the future vision of your client and offer support in this.
- Working with HRIS systems and payroll software such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.
- Applying HR Analytics and data-driven HR for optimization of payroll and retention policies.
- We offer projects at international clients in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse, Leuven,…
In short, you manage the entire payroll process from A to Z.
YOUR SKILLS
Must have
- You can express yourself well in Dutch, French is a nice plus.
- Degree, bachelor or master in an HR related direction.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience within payroll.
- You have experience with the payroll process from A to Z: from correct payroll processing and calculation of year-end bonuses to Dimona declarations and social documents.
- Thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processing.
- Experience with payroll software such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Eblox or Protime.

- Strong Excel skills.
- Problem solving skills and stress resistance.
- Always stays up to date with changes in social legislation.
- Interest in digitization and automation of HR administration.
