YOUR JOB

As an expert within recruitment and selection, you will be assigned to one of our clients. Your tasks include:

  • Actively sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screening CV’s and conducting initial telephone interviews.
  • Leading in-depth interviews and discussing them afterwards with the hiring manager.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Managing and coaching a team may also be part of your duties.

In short, you apply your HR knowledge to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

We offer projects at international clients in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Boom, Willebroek, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

  • You can express yourself well in Dutch, French and English.
  • You hold a graduate, bachelor or master in an HR related field or equivalent through relevant HR experience.
  • You have a basic knowledge of certain HR software packages.

Nice to have

  • You are up-to-date with the latest digital tools to take your recruitment skills to the next level.
  • You are eager to learn, adaptable and solution oriented.
  • You have strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
  • You’re willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new sectors and environments.
  • You’re a team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail.
  • You’re able to creatively devise recruitment strategies.

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

Are we all in agreement that we’ve found a match? Then we’ll call you with the good news. Any further questions? This is the time to ask them. Because shortly, we’ll be expecting you to come in to discuss your contract. And before you know it, you’ll be assigned to one of our clients for your first challenge. Good luck!
