YOUR JOB
- You search different recruitment channels looking for the right talent.
- You are responsible for resume screening and screening during an initial phone interview.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and discussing them afterwards with the hiring manager.
- You ensure proper and smooth onboarding of new employees, with a strong focus on retention, employee wellness and resilience.
- Managing and coaching a team may also be part of your duties.
- We offer projects at international clients in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse, Leuven,….
YOUR SKILLS
Must have
- You can express yourself well in Dutch, French is a nice plus.
- Degree, bachelor or master in an HR related field or equivalent through relevant HR experience.
- You have experience in conducting in-depth interviews and are familiar with the STARR methodology to carefully map competencies and behaviors.
- Basic of certain HR software packages.
Nice to have
- You are up to date with the latest digital tools that take your recruiting skills to the next level.
- You are eager to learn, flexible and think solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and a smooth, empathetic attitude.
- Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new sectors and environments.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail.
- Creativity in devising recruitment strategies.
- Affinity for diversity and inclusion, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
